Our group classes are always tailored to your level.
In the same class, you’ll have beginner and advanced folks working side by side, doing a workout appropriate to each.Combine this with a community of people who want everyone to be better, stronger, and healthier, you get a life changing combination.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will make sure you are moving safely and with good technique
